We are a preferred provider for the following insurance plans - BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma, Delta Dental Premier and HealthChoice. We also take MC, Visa and Discover.
We’re happy to work with all insurance plans to help make your dental care as seamless as possible! If we’re not in-network with your provider, no worries—we’re always happy to file claims for you. Please note that, at this time, we do not participate in Medicare-based dental plans. Also a reminder due to some insurance plans, a copay may be due at the time of your service.
